I have decided to go to the North Distrcit Champs to defend my Hurdles title on Saturday. While I am there I am going to have a crack at a sub-19 5k. I am also going to take the train through to the race rather than drive both ways.
This means a bit of a taper through Thursday and Friday, but frees me up to put a long ride in on Sunday if there is anything left in my legs.
I am planning another TT on Tuesday night as well, but again I am not going to properly taper into it. Even if I did I would still have Sunday's race in my legs so I will just train over it and see what happens.

North Champs 5k.
North Champs 110m Hurdles.
Sunday - Yoga session.
Long ride.
Target totals - Swim 1.9 miles. Bike 45.5 miles. Run 15.3 miles. 1 short core, 1 short light weights and 0 short stretching sessions. 60 mins of yoga.
