Training Plan - Week 41 - October 3 to 9

So into Q4 and winter training starts properly.

No real plan for that yet though. So another week of basic commuting to start with, while I think about what else I need to do to prepare for 2017.



Target totals - Swim 1.9 miles. Bike 36.4 miles. Run 13.9 miles. 1 short core, 1 short light weights and 1 short stretching sessions. 30 mins of yoga.
