Training Plan - Week 32 - August 1 to 7

Tuesday is my last chance to get my 10-mile TT target for the year. And as part of that I have taken a lighter approach to Tuesday's commutes. 

I have a couple of race options at the weekend, Westhill or Aviemore. Or even a trip to Inverness for a track event, but that didn't work out so well last time and I am not sure I want to risk it again. I am not convinced about racing at all at the minute, but will decide sometime early in the week. 


Monday - Run commute in.

Cycle commute home.
TPT Swim session.

Tuesday - 
DTCC TT 10-mile.


Wednesday - 
Run commute in.


Thursday - 
Cycle commute both ways.


Friday - Run commute in. 

Saturday - Easy swim.


Sunday - Westhill Triathlon, or Aviemore Triathlon, or Grampian Athletics League.


Target totals - Swim 2.4 miles. Bike 36.4 miles. Run 13.9 miles. 1 short core, 1 short light weights and 1 short stretching sessions. 30 mins of yoga.
