Ok, so this week is a complete mess. I have a dentist appointment and a trip to the new Bourne film and they just complicate my commutes. The only race this week is a TT on Tuesday night, but even that is a weird one as it is only a few miles from my house so I will ride to and from it.
Monday - Run commute in.
Cycle commute home.
TPT Swim session.
Tuesday - Cycle commute in.
DTCC TT 9.5-mile.
Wednesday - Run commute in.
Cycle commute home.
Thursday - Cycle commute in.
Friday - Cycle commute home.
Saturday - Easy swim.
Sunday - Easy brick.
Target totals - Swim 2.4 miles. Bike 36.4 miles. Run 13.9 miles. 1 short core, 1 short light weights and 1 short stretching sessions. 30 mins of yoga.
